Site Preparation
It’s time to get your hands dirty OB. The steps at this stage will ensure your block of land is well cleared and ‘build’ ready.
Stage 1
The Foundation
Get your critical eye ready! The steps at this stage are super-important and you MUST get it right. You’ll know the stage is complete once the concrete slab is poured. Phew!
Stage 3
To Lock Up
More excitement is coming your way because your new home is about to go in lock down mode! It's a big stage and is complete when all exterior fittings are done.
Stage 4
The Internal
Fit-out
This stage might be your time to shine – the internal fit-out stage. The majority of the internal work is done. Think plastering, tiling and painting (of course you can do the painting yourself).
Stage 5
The External
Fit-out
Oh wow, you’re really at the pointy end of the deal as external fit-out is about to get underway. How good are you at laying grass?
Completion
Can you believe it? You’ve done it! CONGRATULATIONS! What an enormous achievement, it’s time to celebrate and enjoy the fruits of your very hard work.
