Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over

• The Promotion commences on 08/08/2019 at 9.00am and entries close on 03/10/2019 at 5.00pm
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the required information via this form during the Promotion Period
• Eligible Entrants are allowed more than one entry providing the supplier type and business name is different for each entry
• We will not accept entries that are incomplete, or which are generated by computers or other automated means
• We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry, or if (in our reasonable opinion), you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way
• All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into
• We are not responsible for any losses resulted in the use of the prize

Relevant States:
Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales (refer NSW Permit Number below), Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania

Prizes and winning

• The winner will receive one $1,500 gift card
• The gift card type can be determined by the winner
• The random prize draw will take place at 9.00am on 04/10/2019

Prize conditions

• The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The prize winner’s name will be published on The Owner Builder Club’s Facebook Business page, closed Facebook group and Email newsletter on 06/10/2019
• If the prize is unclaimed a prize re-draw will be conducted on 03/01/2020 at 9.00am. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by email on the day of the draw and will have their name published on The Owner Builder Club’s Facebook Business page, closed Facebook group and Email newsletter on 05/01/2020
• The Gift Card will be sent by registered mail to the successful entrant within 1 week after the winner has been notified.
